Our firm works on a contingency basis, that is we only charge you a fee on the successful finalization of your claim. You will be required to sign a contingency fee agreement where our hourly rate will be discussed with you and then agreed upon. The law limits attorneys to a maximum of 25% on the capital amount received.
Our firm will cover all the disbursements which includes:
- Medical and hospital reports
- Police reports
- Dockets and postmortems
- Traveling and accommodation to attend medico legal appointments
- Consultations with advocates and their trial fees
