About Us

Our firm consists of five specialist attorneys. All of whom have vast experience in personal injury law. Our focus is mainly on road accident fund claims and medical negligence matters. The director Justice Ramsamy has more than 25 years’ experience in personal injury and has litigated in the High Courts of South Africa as well as the Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. The firm’s success lies in the fact that we specialize in personal injury matters and represent only the Plaintiff (injured persons). We instruct and employ medical experts and advocates who are leaders in their field to achieve the maximum compensation from the RAF or medical staff/ hospitals that caused the injury or death.
